Description

Job Title: PT (Physical Therapist)

City/State: Santa Maria, California

Shift: 8 hour days, 08:00:00-16:00:00, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm, every 3rd weekend

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: 05/04/2026

Job Description:

This position involves providing physical therapy services within assigned geographical regions for both home-based care and general patient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy to patients with diagnoses such as ortho, strokes, joints, and spinal injuries.
Participate in floor-specific orientation for an estimated 1.5-2 weeks.

Requirements:

Experience with Oasis (government-mandated form) is required.
At least one year of experience working as a PT in post-acute care or a home setting is preferred.
BLS Certification is required.
Must wear business attire with a white lab coat.
