RN - NVICU

Job Description:
The RN in the NVICU will provide critical care to patients in a 16-bed unit. This role includes monitoring patient conditions, managing life support systems, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
- Operate and manage ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000.
- Conduct procedures such as insertion of central lines, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions.
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Float to med/surg units when necessary.
Requirements:
- Active RN license.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- ICU experience.
