Job Description:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing rehabilitative services to patients as assigned, utilizing Cerner Powerchart for documentation. They will work closely with Rehab Aides to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role requires wearing a maroon polo shirt, dark colored pants, and closed-toed shoes. A lab coat is optional.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients within the designated setting and patient type (ortho, post-surgical, neuro, trauma, cardiac, med-surg).
• Collaborate with Rehab Aides and other team members to deliver effective patient care.
• Participate in a 1.5-day orientation specific to the department, with Cerner training as required.

Requirements:

• Must have a state license as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS Certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience is required; travel and trauma experience preferred.
