Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in Telemetry will provide patient care in a telemetry unit, handling responsibilities related to monitoring patients' vital signs and managing their treatment plans during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide immediate treatment as necessary.
- Administer medication and IVs according to physician guidelines.
- Assist in developing patient care plans and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure adherence to established medical protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Telemetry and 1+ year of Medical-Surgical experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required upon submission.
- Valid Missouri RN License.
