Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - PEDS12H Nights

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist with specialized expertise in pediatric critical care for night shifts. This role involves managing respiratory care for pediatric patients, including those with chronic conditions and those in the PICU.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of PICU experience within the last 5 years
- Required Certifications: BLS, PALS, RRT
- WA state license (must be in hand or have proof of application 6+ weeks ago)
- Skills in critical care ventilator management, use of NIV (CPAP/BIPAP/HHFNC), and respiratory disease management of pediatric patients
- Experience in Pediatric Cardiac ICU preferred, caring for patients from 1 week-18 years post-open-heart procedures
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR required
