Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and family members on the Trauma Med/Surg unit. This includes bedside shift reports and engaging patients and family in care plans.

Responsibilities:

Provide care with a patient ratio of 6:1
Utilize equipment such as IV Pumps, Telemetry, and SCDs
Document care in the Meditech system
Work 3 12-hour shifts per week, including weekends as scheduled

Requirements:

Active RN license
BLS certification
Experience in Med/Surg, with skills in IV initiation, basic wound care, and surgical drain maintenance
