Job Title

RN (Registered Nurse)

Shift: 12H Nights 7p-7a, Every other weekend first to float

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: 06/08/2026

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Labor and Delivery unit will provide safe, quality care to patients during childbirth and postpartum stages. The RN will work collaboratively with OB techs, charge nurses, and other healthcare professionals within the unit.

Responsibilities:

Triage patients
Provide nursing care during labor and delivery
Assist with fetal monitoring using Cerner systems
Coordinate with the anesthesia team as needed
Participate in patient orientation and education on postpartum care
Collaborate with lactation nurses to develop care plans

Requirements:

Current RN license
ACLS Certification
Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification
BLS Certification
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification
Experience with Cerner electronic medical records
