Job Description:
L&D RN Manager
Schedule: Day shift with some evening staff visibility
Status: Exempt | 40 hours/week | Every 3rd weekend required
Overview:
Seeking an experienced L&D RN Manager to lead and support the Labor & Delivery team. This leadership role ensures high-quality patient care, staff development, and compliance with clinical standards.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in state of practice
- 10+ years leadership experience
- Labor & Delivery background
- Cerner experience
- BLS & CPR required (EFM, RPN preferred)
- NALS required
Preferred:
- National specialty certification (L&D or Nursing Administration)
