RN (Registered Nurse) - ER
City/State: Bismarck, North Dakota
Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, every other weekend, first to float
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:
The RN (Registered Nurse) in the Emergency Room is responsible for providing patient care for a variety of patients from pediatric to geriatrics, traumas, and transfers. The role requires overseeing vital signs, patient management, administering medications, and ensuring the safety and stabilization of patients within a Level II Trauma setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients with common diagnoses such as Stroke, STEMI, SOB, abdominal pain, etc.
- Administer and manage common drips including vasopressors, heparin, and antiarrhythmics.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team, including ED physicians who are available 24/7.
- Participate in patient triage and fast track management.
Requirements:
- Must hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
- Preferred previous travel experience but open to first-time travelers.
