Job Description:

The role involves working as a Med/Surg Registered Nurse at Wesley Rehabilitation Center, focusing on patient care and treatment within the unit.

Responsibilities:

Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team
Perform lab draws, administer IV antibiotics, and manage IV medications as needed
Conduct blood administration as needed
Perform head to toe assessments

Requirements:

Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
BLS certification
Telemetry patients/must pass Airstrip telemetry competency
