Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), ICU
City/State: Centennial, Colorado
Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00; Nights, 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule, MUST FLOAT - Zone 3: OrthoCO Hospital, Longmont United Hospital, St Anthony, St Anthony North
Contract Length: Approximately 13 weeks

Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering direct patient care in a combined Intensive Care Unit setting, requiring flexibility to float between various facilities and acuity levels within a 60-mile zone around Denver City Center. The role involves titration of critical drips, managing patients with varying acuity, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Titrate critical drips such as pressors, sedation, and antiarrhythmics.
- Manage patients requiring CRRT, IABP, and Impella support.
- Collaborate with respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals to address respiratory needs.
- Float within assigned facilities as needed, maintaining care across different acuity levels including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience; 3+ years required for first-time travelers with Epic experience.
- Must hold BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Comfort with reading and interpreting telemetry strips independently.
- Flexibility to float and travel within a designated 60-mile zone.
