Job Title
RN (Registered Nurse), Med/Tele
City/State: Prescott, Arizona
Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, first to float, every other week
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description:
The role involves providing nursing care on the Cardiac/Medical 3rd Floor, which consists of 49 beds with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio. Responsibilities include managing patients with common diagnosis such as CHF, COVID, respiratory, GI issues, diabetes, post cath, and total joint replacements. Must interpret telemetry strips and administer BiPap, CPAP, and breathing treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Interpreting telemetry strips at least once per shift
- Administering and managing set rate Diltiazem/Cardizem drips
- Floating to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified
- Participating in self-scheduling and adhering to weekend and holiday requirements
Requirements:
- Must pass a dysrhythmia exam with 80% or higher
- Active RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience with basic tele strips and CVA/TIA
- Cerner experience
- Navy blue scrubs

Cost of living is High, roughly $2000-2500 for your own private space. Float between East and West Campus, 25 minutes apart, west will likely be where you spend 75% of your shifts so pick your housing accordingly.
