Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), Telemetry
City/State: Lufkin, Texas
Shift: 12H Days 6:30a-7p

Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit will provide acute care to patients with common diagnoses such as CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, and CKD. The role requires the ability to read cardiac strips despite tele monitor tech support. The nurse will work collaboratively with the charge nurse, house supervisors, and nurse educators to deliver high-quality care and manage the 18-bed unit.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to telemetry patients, including those requiring Cpap, Bipap, and high flow.
- Float to all med/surg units as needed.
- Work every other weekend and holidays as required.
Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by AHA required.
- Great communication and time management skills.
- License to submit.
