Job Description:

This role involves working as an RN and Social Worker, coordinating care within an acute care setting.

Requirements:

Must have prior CA Dignity experience
LCSW, BLS required and must be 5150 certified in CA
Obtaining 5150 certification requires completing a training program and passing an exam with 80%
Candidates must provide 2 supervisory references (charge accepted) at submittal, 1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years worked
Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit within the past year
