Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for ICU unit with a specialization in critical care, responsible for providing direct patient care and managing a patient-to-nurse ratio of 2:1. The role requires collaboration with unit secretaries and techs, every other weekend scheduling, and operating various medical equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Care for critically ill patients, performing assessments and interventions.
• Manage ventilator and sedation, as well as medication titration.
• Coordinate and execute procedures such as trach placement, bronchoscopy, and cardioversion.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in ventilator/sedation management and medication titration.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
