TRAVEL - CT TECH/ X RAY - FSED

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CT Tech/X-Ray professional to join our Radiology department in Salem, Virginia. The role involves performing routine scans or angio scans as per ordering physician guidelines and conducting weekly QA phantom scans on our General Electric CT scanners.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and angio scans following department guidelines
Start IVs and administer contrast injections
Conduct weekly QA phantom scans completing measurements for contrast resolution and technical data

Requirements:

GE experience
Ability to work independently
ARRT-CT certification
BLS certification

I come from the ICU so I don’t know if it was my lack of PCU experience but it feels like I have to BEG to the point of calling a rapid to have the residents and providers take initiative.
