Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit is responsible for providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions requiring specialized monitoring and assessment.

Responsibilities:

Provide care to patients with stroke and neurological conditions
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
First to float as needed to similar units

Requirements:

2 Years of Stroke/Neuro Required, 3 Years Preferred
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required; EKG Test must be passed
Must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays as needed
