Job Description:

Operating Room RN responsible for assessing patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Provides explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
Provide explanations and instructions to patients/responsible persons.
Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
Participate in continuing education.

Requirements:

Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
Current CPR/BLS Card
ACLS
