Description
Job Title: Surg Tech 12H Days, Allied, CST
City/State: Yakima, Washington
Shift: 12H Days, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Contract Length: 12-3 weeks

Job Description:
The Surgical Technician is responsible for assisting in various surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses, ensuring the operating room environment is safe, and equipment functions properly during procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preoperative preparation and postoperative care of patients.
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure the proper functioning of surgical instruments.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to provide care during surgeries.
- Participate in on-call duties and weekend rotations as scheduled.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 3 years as a Surgical Technician.
- Licensure and Certifications: BLS, CST (unless with 15+ years’ experience), WA state license is required.
- Experience in adult and pediatric specialties including ENT, general, GI, GYN, ortho, Robotics (DaVinci), and urology.
- Proficiency with EMR systems, especially Epic.
