Job Title: Travel - CST- CVOR (703)

City/State: Davie, Florida

Shift: 06:45-15:15, 8 Hour Days

Job Description:

The Cardiovascular Surgical Technologist assists a surgeon before, during, and after surgery under the direction and supervision of a RN according to accepted clinical standards of care.

Responsibilities:

Assist in Open Heart cases including CABG, MVR, AVR, Pacemaker procedures, laser lead extractions, and standby for TVAR and mitral clips.
Potentially provide lunch relief in Vascular, Robotics, General, Ortho, Neuro/Spine, Urology, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery, and Plastic Surgery service lines.

Requirements:

BLS certification.
2 years current experience in acute CVOR setting.
Ability to scrub assist in Open Heart cases.
