Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated RN for the ER Care Center to join our team in a high-volume emergency department setting. The role requires working in various sections of the ED with a focus on providing top-tier patient care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in a Level 2 trauma center.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high quality care.
• Use Cerner documentation system for patient records.
• Adhere to patient experience protocols such as AIDET.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an ER setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before start date.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to different areas within the ED.
• Navy scrubs are required as uniform.
