Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated RN for the ER Care Center to join our team in a high-volume emergency department setting. The role requires working in various sections of the ED with a focus on providing top-tier patient care in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in a Level 2 trauma center.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high quality care.
- Use Cerner documentation system for patient records.
- Adhere to patient experience protocols such as AIDET.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an ER setting.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before start date.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to different areas within the ED.
- Navy scrubs are required as uniform.
