Job Description:

This position involves overseeing both the Cardiac Cath Lab and ICU departments, including pre-procedure and recovery duties, moderate sedation, and enhancing nursing competency in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the Cath Lab and ICU departments, ensuring quality patient care
Support bedside procedures and provide moderate sedation
Enhance nursing competency and build a strong team culture

Requirements:

1 year of management experience and 3 years RN experience required
1 year clinical leadership experience required
ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency required
Critical care/telemetry experience and Fluoro license for technical staff
