Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in Telemetry will provide specialized care and monitoring for patients with telemetry needs, ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Float to like units as required.

Requirements:

2 years of Stroke/Neuro experience required.
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications and passing EKG test must be presented at time of submittal.
Able to float to similar units as needed.
Weekend work required every other weekend.
