Description
Job Title: Level 3 RN ICU
City/State: Tahlequah, Oklahoma
Shift: 3x12 Flex, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 3x12 Nights
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 07/06/2026
Job Description:
Provide nursing care to adults and pediatric patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems and/or diseases in a 25-bed ICU unit. Patient ratios are 1:5-6. Utilize Pixys for medication dispensing and Cerner for electronic medical records.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in accordance with hospital guidelines and standards.
- Monitor and administer medications and intravenous infusions.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Single State Oklahoma license or Compact nursing license
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in ICU
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- NIHSS stroke certification
- Must have pediatric experience
- Must wear a mask at all times in ICU
