HI - Respiratory Therapist Tech - Nights
City/State: Hilo, Hawaii
Shift: Night Shift (1830 to 0700 am), Three twelve hour shifts weekly (36 hours), No guarantee of hours.
Contract Length: 15 weeks
Start Date: 08/24/2026
Job Description:
The Respiratory Therapist Tech is responsible for providing continuous airway management, managing ventilators and non-invasive ventilators, supporting physician consulting, performing CPR, and all aspects of respiratory care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous airway management.
- Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilators.
- Consult with physicians and perform CPR.
- Manage all aspects of respiratory care.
Requirements:
- Must be able to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations with a minimum of 2 years' experience. No first assignments.
- State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License required.
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required. RRT and NRP preferred.
- Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved exception required prior to contract start date.
