Job Description:

The role involves providing nursing care in the Operating Room (OR) during the 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM shift with a variable call schedule. The RN will be responsible for working in a unit with 7 OR suites, alongside 30 staff members, and providing 1:1 patient care.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the OR team, including CSTs, RNs, Aides, and leadership.
Assist with procedures such as robotics, gyn, urology, and general surgeries.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies while working every other weekend and holidays in rotation.

Requirements:

Experience in GYN, Urology, General, Robotics, and Ortho surgeries.
Ability to take call as needed and adapt to a flexible schedule.
