Job Description:

OR Circulator needed in AZ. M-F 7-3:30 pm. Call: 10 days/month or less. 250 surgeries/month, 4 OR's, Ortho, general, eye, podiatry, gyn, pain, urology, neurosurg, hand. Davinci robot. **Must be experienced and comfortable with Neurosurgery**.

Requirements:

Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions
100 MILE RADIUS RULE: We will not accept a traveler that has a permanent address within 100 miles of our hospital.
RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
