Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Unit is responsible for providing specialized care to patients with heart conditions. The role involves monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide care to patients with medical and surgical needs in the Telemetry Unit.
Interpret telemetry rhythms and adjust care plans accordingly.
Administer heparin drips, TPN, and manage PCAs.
Care for patients with a variety of medical diagnoses including cellulitis, back pain, and kidney stones.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience in the last 18 months in a hospital setting.
Experience in General Surgery, Bariatric, Gynecological, Urology, and Orthopedics.
KS RN or Compact RN License & BLS Certification.
