Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in the Orthopedic unit is responsible for providing care for patients with various orthopedic and spine conditions. The nurse will ensure effective treatment and participate in the management of patient care within the unit.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing joint replacements and fracture repairs.
- Manage care for patients with spinal injuries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS preferred.
- Chemo certification preferred but not required.
