Job Description:
Cardiovascular Technologist (CVOR Tech) needed to assist in surgical operations with a focus on cardiovascular procedures. Responsible for working alongside a dedicated team to provide optimal patient care in a high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating CVOR equipment during procedures such as CABGs, AVR, MVR, thoracotomies, ECMO, pacemaker insertions, tracheotomies, and MAZE procedures.
- Participate in call requirements as needed, with weekend calls from Friday to Sunday being 24 hours, and weekday calls after 3pm.
Requirements:
- Surgical technologist certification.
- Experience with the Meditech documentation system.
