Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), Labor/Delivery (L&D)
City/State: Roseburg, Oregon
Shift: 12H Nights; Weekend Requirement: every other weekend or 1 weekend based on seniority, 19:00:00-07:00:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 07/13/2026
Job Description:
The RN in the Labor/Delivery unit is responsible for managing the care of women during labor and delivery, as well as providing postpartum care to both mothers and newborns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage labor and delivery processes, including circulating and/or scrubbing in OR for cesarean sections
- Provide postpartum care and manage obstetrical emergencies
- Titrate drips such as Pitocin, LR, Fentanyl, Labatelol
Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Ability to read telemetry and monitor strips
- Experienced in managing common obstetric diagnoses such as hypertension and hemorrhage
