Job Description:

Our facility is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for the Rehabilitation unit to provide care in Arlington Heights, IL. Candidates will be responsible for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of physical therapy plans.

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patients' conditions and needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
Implement therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation patients.

Requirements:

1+ year orthopedic acute care experience required.
IL license in Physical Therapy.
