Job Description:
The Registered Nurse - NICU will provide specialized nursing care for Level III-IV NICU patients. This includes managing care for premature infants and those with complex medical diagnoses. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory support for ventilated patients.
- Perform procedures including trach care, g-tube, and NG/OG management.
- Administer NCPAP, manage UAC/UVC, and PICC lines.
- Develop and implement care plans and manage discharge to home.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Level III-IV NICU experience.
- BLS and NRP certifications; valid WA state license.
- Skills: respiratory support for vents, preferred trachs, med admin, EPIC EMR proficiency.
