Job Description:

Registered Nurse responsible for providing telemetry care in a clinical setting. The role involves monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret heart rhythms on telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with and support healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Adjust patient care plans based on assessments and patient responses.
• Document patient care accurately and within professional guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2 Years of Stroke/Neuro experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications, and Passing EKG Test must be presented at time of submittal.
• Floating as needed to similar units.
• Weekend work required every other weekend.
• Holiday work as needed.
