Job Description:

The CT Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include performing basic radiographic procedures, CT Scanning procedures, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Ensure high quality of images produced.
• Responsible for availability and sterility of equipment and supplies used for assigned areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience required, plus at least 1 previous travel assignment completed successfully.
• ARRT (R), BLS certification required.
• ARRT(CT) preferred but not required.
• Cerner and/or Change Healthcare PACs experience preferred but not required.
