Job Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with NICU experience to provide care for neonates in a 15-bed level III NICU. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts with every other weekend as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Care for preterm and term infants with gestations of 26 weeks and higher.
- Perform IV insertions and assist with central lines (UAC, PICC, UVC).
- Provide vent experience and NAS care including the use of morphine weaning protocols.
- Utilize equipment such as Bubble CPAP, High flow nasal cannulas, and neo puff devices.
- Float to Mother Baby or other units as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of NICU experience required.
- BLS, NRP, and WA or compact license required.
- Strong IV skills and experience with pediatric patients preferred.
