Job Title

Shift: 10 hr shifts - 4 days/week, 08:00-18:30, 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days a month for call requirements

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for circulating in Heavy Ortho, Urology, Spine, and Robotic procedures. The role involves assessing patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs, planning and evaluating care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
Plan, implement, and evaluate an individual plan of care with the healthcare team.
Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons.
Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

Requirements:

Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
Current CPR/BLS Card
ACLS Certification
