Job Description:
Provide nursing care in the Telemetry unit, monitoring patients' vital signs and managing acute care responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform neurovascular checks on limbs and frequent ambulation/repositioning.
- Ensure compliance with orthopedic precautions and implement comprehensive pain control strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care Telemetry RN experience.
- BLS & ACLS certifications.
- Preferred: NIH Certification, Trauma/ortho experience, Neuro/stroke experience.
