Job Description:

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The role involves working within a large outpatient therapy department offering various services such as sports and orthopedic, pediatric, neurological and stroke rehab, and more.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with physical mobility or functional independence decline.
Provide rehab services including sports, orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and stroke rehab.

Requirements:

Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
