Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), ER Float Pool
City/State: Centennial, Colorado
Shift: 12H Nights, Nights, EOW, Must Float within Zone 1
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 08/10/2026
Job Description:
This position involves floating within multiple facilities in Zone 1, providing care to patients in the Emergency Room/ED Float. The role requires flexibility and expertise in handling a variety of patient diagnoses and conditions across different trauma levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient care in the ER setting.
- Float between designated facilities within the 60-mile zone as needed.
- Perform all required clinical duties, including Point of Care lab testing and interpreting telemetry.
- Collaborate with Charge Nurse for assignments and support other ER staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of ED experience.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
- Ability to work every other weekend and float as required within Zone 1 facilities.
- Willingness to work varying patient ratios based on acuity.
