Job Description:

This position involves floating within multiple facilities in Zone 1, providing care to patients in the Emergency Room/ED Float. The role requires flexibility and expertise in handling a variety of patient diagnoses and conditions across different trauma levels.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care in the ER setting.
• Float between designated facilities within the 60-mile zone as needed.
• Perform all required clinical duties, including Point of Care lab testing and interpreting telemetry.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse for assignments and support other ER staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ED experience.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Ability to work every other weekend and float as required within Zone 1 facilities.
• Willingness to work varying patient ratios based on acuity.
