Job Description:

The role involves assessing patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs, establishing a compassionate environment, planning and evaluating an individual plan of care, and providing health teaching and counseling.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Establish a compassionate environment for patient and family support.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Provide health teaching and counseling for patient health optimization.
• Use clinical judgement and critical thinking for patient condition changes.
• Document in patient medical records accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality care policy development.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses or unlicensed personnel.
• Advocate for patients through communication with health professionals.
• Complete required education, competencies, and licensure timely.

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (TNCC preferred)
