Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

City/State: Olathe, Kansas

Shift: 12h Night, 19:00-07:00

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse role in Telemetry involves providing specialized nursing care and monitoring to patients with cardiac conditions. The nurse will work primarily night shifts in a unit focused on cardiac telemetry care.

Responsibilities:

Delivering patient care and monitoring in the Telemetry unit.
Administering medication and cardiac drips, including Heparin, Butamax, Lasix, and Cardizem.
Managing the Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process.
Floating to all acute care units as needed.
Working every other weekend and on Labor Day as scheduled.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year recent Telemetry experience.
Experience with TR Band's post-procedure care.
Current KS RN license and BLS certification.
2-5 years of preferred experience in Telemetry.
