Job Description:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing rehabilitation services, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, for both inpatient and outpatient departments.

Responsibilities:

Perform physical therapy treatments for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Document patient progress and treatment plans using the Meditech system.

Requirements:

PT or DPT Degree
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to manage patient workload.
