Description
Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Inpatient
City/State: Yakima, Washington
Shift: 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00, M-F
Contract Length: 19 weeks
Start Date: 09/08/2026
Job Description:
Provide occupational therapy services for inpatient rehabilitation with a focus on evaluating and treating patients with conditions such as CVA, orthopedic issues, and dementia. Responsible for discharge recommendations and creating home program plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide therapy effectively.
- Create individualized home program recommendations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience and ability to work independently.
- Valid BLS and WA state OT license.
- Preferred experience with Epic.
