Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide evaluation, intervention, and care planning for patients with medically compromised conditions such as CHF, COPD, DM, cardiac issues, as well as ortho, neuro, and general weakness. Services will be rendered to a diverse patient population ranging from early adults to geriatrics.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine intervention needs.
- Develop effective care plans and perform medical assessments.
Requirements:
- 1 year of industry experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current SD licensure in Physical Therapy.
- BLS certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Proficiency in general physical therapy skills.
