Location

• Webster, South Dakota

Contract

• 13 weeks
• Local placement within 80 miles

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No call
• No weekends
• No working alone

Setting

• Primarily outpatient hospital-based
• Some coverage in inpatient/sub-acute
• May also provide coverage in skilled nursing facility

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in South Dakota
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy interventions using appropriate safeguards
• Document patient information, evaluate needs, and establish or modify treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Apply age-appropriate treatment and evaluation methods
• Incorporate current research into daily practice
• Follow departmental documentation standards and regulatory requirements
• Adhere to accepted clinical practice guidelines

• Computerized charting is used
• Badge in and out at the facility
• If the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health, this must be noted in submission; prior employment requires an end date at least 6 months before submission
