The Neuromusculoskeletal Med Surg RN, Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent care based on established standards. This role includes charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

Telemetry Experience Required
NYS RN License
BLS (AHA only)
2 years of Med Surg experience
NIHSS
