Pros
Everyone is friendly and gets along great. There’s always a lot of travelers and no animosity towards them. There is a lot of support and resources available. There is no call requirements for travelers and very few weekends requirements (I only worked I think three weekends in 9 months, and it’s only one day, not the entire weekend, that gets scheduled.)
Cons
Be cautious of where you stay in Rochester as there is a decently high crime rate (as in any city). The hospital itself is in a good safe place though.

Pros
Favorite has been so helpful, and supportive. My first travel assignment was 9 hours away, my recruiter was with me and helped me every step of the way! Favorite makes sure you get compensation for the work you put in! I wouldn’t choose a different company!
