Join our dynamic team as a CT Technologist in a 250-bed hospital environment, located in San Antonio, TX. We are seeking a skilled individual to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 250
• Number of Staff: 12
• Staff Type:
  • CT Technologists:
    • Day Shift/Evening: 2-3 Technologists
    • Weekend Day Shift: 2 Technologists
    • Night Shift: 1 Technologist
• Patient Ratios: 80-100 patients in a 24-hour period
• Equipment Used: Toshiba CT, Siemens CT, and GE CT
• Electronic Medical Record System: Meditech

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • ARRT (R)(CT) credential
  • BLS certification
• Preferred Skills:
  • Cardiac experience
  • Over a year of hospital experience

Typical Procedures

The unit performs a variety of procedures, including:

• CT Head
• CT Spine
• CT Chest
• Angiography of the Head and Neck
• CTA Chest

Dress Code

Scrub color consists of olive shirts and black pants.

Floating Areas

Occasional floating to X-Ray may be required.
