We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) to become a valued member of our Family Birth Place Team. In this role, you will participate in a collaborative environment that emphasizes evidenced-based care while providing a comprehensive range of services including labor and delivery, operating room (OR), post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), and postpartum care with couplet care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to mothers and newborns.
• Assist with approximately 60 deliveries per month, with expectations to increase to 80+ monthly.
• Care for infants beginning at 32 weeks gestation.
• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
• Engage in ongoing education to maintain and enhance clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado or compact license eligible for practice in Colorado.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE certifications preferred.
• Prior charge nurse experience is essential.
• Must be a team player with limited requests for time off (RTO) and availability to start promptly.

Additional Information

Shifts for this position will be 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends. Call rotation typically includes one 12-hour shift every six weeks, though this may vary.
